Arbitration Clause:
In the event a dispute shall arise between the parties of this contract, it is hereby agreed that the dispute shall be referred to an Arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and judgment may be entered thereon. All WORK IS GUARANTEED, the client to whom service is rendered the cost will be $95.00 Yearly.
By signing this agreement, all parties agree to the terms as described above. Both parties will receive a printed copy of this agreement, and will be responsible for upholding its terms.
